A cross between Cheddar and Cantal, Tumbleweed is a rich and complex cheese with nutty and fruity notes. Its unique shape and year long aging imparts a lovely hint of earthiness and a beautiful rind.

Only Tumbleweed combines the outside white mold found typically on young soft cheeses with the inner semi-hard texture of a one year cave-aged cheddar.

“If farmhouse Cheddar took a roll in the hay with French Cantal, you’d get this little square from 5 Spoke Creamery.” – Murray’s Cheese
