Cheese Orders
Minimum total weight for all online orders is 2lb.
All 5 Spoke Creamery cheeses are hand-cut. While we strive to cut orders to desired weight, please note that pieces may vary slightly from specified weight.
Shipping Materials
In keeping with our mission to follow sustainable practices, we strive to use as much recycled packing material as possible – especially our newspapers!
The cooling material we pack with your orders is reusable; please refreeze and reuse.
Shipping Schedule
We ship out our orders on Wednesdays, any order received Monday or Tuesday will be shipped out the same week. Orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will be shipped out the following week.
Shipping Method
Our orders are shipped via Ground; depending on your zip code, you may be eligible for One-Day Shipping. Please refer to our Zone Map for your estimated delivery time.
Zone 1: 1-2 Day Shipping
Zone 2: 2 Day Shipping
Zone 3: 2-3 Day Shipping*
Zone 4: Hawaii & Alaska, please contact barbara@5spokecreamery.com to discuss

Receiving Information
Please note all sales are final. Cheeses are packed to keep them at optimal temperature.
Since cheese is a perishable item, we strongly advise making sure someone will be available to receive the shipment.
Depending on the shipping method, your order will be updated with a tracking number, or you will be notified via email when your order has been delivered.
