Crawford

A traditional cloth-bound Cheddar cave-aged 16-24 m
onths, Crawford has a firm texture that is simultaneously crumbly
and creamy with a pronounced acidity and grassy, nutty flavor notes.

 

Like all 5 Spoke Creamery cheeses. Crawford is made from the raw milk of grass-fed  cows.  We like it with a full bodied Cabernet.
